Supplier Risk Heatmap Generator
Turn what you know (and don't know) about a supplier into a structured risk picture before a sourcing decision or contract renewal.
Build a risk assessment for [supplier name] across these dimensions: financial stability, geopolitical exposure, single-source dependency, quality history, and capacity/scalability. What I know: [paste whatever you have: financials, news, past quality data, location, ownership structure] For each dimension, rate the risk as Low / Medium / High and state explicitly what additional information would change that rating. Do not guess at data I have not given you — flag it as unknown instead. For each rating, also state your confidence level (high/medium/low) in that rating itself.
Tip —The instruction to flag unknowns instead of guessing is what separates a useful risk assessment from a confident-sounding hallucination.

Signals

Commodity and supplier alerts, the moment something in your supply base moves. The signal comes to you. No dashboard required.

In development
Configurable alerts on commodity prices and supplier activity, filtered by your categories. Updates here as the build progresses.

Canvas

Visual mapping of categories, risk, and supplier relationships, drawn instead of tabled. A category map you can navigate yourself.

Planned
Concept
Supplier clustering by spend, risk, and geography. Category heat maps. Portfolio views that don't require a consultant to interpret.
ProcAtlas /
Intellect

AI analysis over your own spend and supplier data, running locally. The model works on your data, not on a shared cloud instance.

Planned
Concept
RAG over your own spend exports, supplier scorecards, and contract data. Local models, your data stays yours. CBAM and Scope 3 exposure built in.

These tools run the same way I run my own stack: local where possible, cloud only where necessary, never built to lock you in. If a spreadsheet does the job better, the tool tells you that.
